Ng won't be exported before entery in Indian armed forces as simple as that . Ng is one of the compact system and can act standalone too , not many can . Survivability is a factor that can't be ignored

It would be cheaper as the radar and other components are quite common with other equipment going in induction , and maybe it may replace older akash battery too , or supplement mrsam alongside

Nope , mostly are stating based on conservative calculation ,but drdo will understate range that's for sure

Mo single pulse was tested ,but the missile is based on dual pulse which is quite similar to mrsam of india ,with range 70 km + , but this mussile has somewhat bigger dimensions ,so obviously range will be greater than that

Two downfall , no tvc , and no aesa seeker as of now , rest a really good missile

@porky_kicker need your opinion . Aakash ng launcher has radar inbuilt but carries fewer missile ,so is their a possibility that the launcher might be a different platform too ,and this is just for quick reaction mated with radar for early interception

I misunderstood the info some day ago about a mobile launcher for 40 km missile , launcher configuration was similar to akash ng one

It has better seeker ,more weight ,more fuel than mrsam ,still drdo is quoting 40 km range ?????
