How does collaboration work on this ?

Not enough time sir jee. I have been meaning to start something since last 3-4 months, specially with that Baki tade corridor in mind and have a rough outline ready. But all is only in head, nothing on paper/keyboard.

Don't have the time to go on for all the details, but I think with CPEC coming up and Chinese bullying getting more annoying for a lot of countries, India is in a bit stronger position.
