People will keep their houses spot free but not hesitate to throw their garbage on the streets because who the fuck cares someone will clean up or if not check out point one

One of my favourite subjects in my masters was behavioural science. How public behaviour is influenced and molded by governments and companies. It has a fascinating history and can be outright cynical in the number of ways people's actions are influenced without them even realizing it. Something along these lines needs to be explored regarding order, cleanliness, beauty and civic sense, even for government employees, not only the public. I'll take it up as a project to explore how that can be done, and hopefully someone somewhere influential will read it and take it up.
