Ya'll Nibbiars @v952010 Nibba depsite the metioned Height non will recach that actual height because what the DGCA has metioned is the ASML not the ground levels height so the actual height will be less than the height metioned on the reports as the elevation changes has to be taken into the consedrations. And most of the South Mumbai's elevation is at 4 to 8 meters from the sea levels. Still all of them will be a Supertall for sure.

AFAIk in the EC Compliances they metioned the height from the Ground level of the Orojects while in the DGCA Compliance the ASML.

Pawjeet babus are low IQ. They don't have any vision or energy to make our cities beautiful. I don't blame politicians coz they are guests for 5 yrs while these lethargic people sit there till their retirement.

Giving responsibilties to babus to build a SEZ is stupidity. Our babus can't even build roads properly. First they dig the road, do some drainage work, then they apply dambar and 2 days later they realize they forgot to put a drainage pipe back. They dig it again. City-planning should be given to private players with no interference of babudom in it.

Pawjeet politicians should be put in their place and the entire urban planning should be outsourced to reputed international firms like Forsters+partners etc. It will have a high initial investment, but it will pay off long run. Amaravati was india's chance and was even under construction, but idiots killed it.

This is more or less result of no performance evaluation system in place for govt employees for years. When you are getting paid for life with practically zero accountability for your position with no measurable targets to achieve, why would you even bother doing your job in the first place let alone doing it better?

Despite the infinite retardation and slowness of blore municipality I have not yet seen a concrete road dug up yet . In the areas where concrete was used a large tiled pavement was available incase "digging needed to happen".
