3. Almost 29% of their population is not ethnic German right now!!

This is sad. The bus driver going over accident victim is atrocious.
When my father taught me driving he always said that Strate Road Transport corporation (UPSRTC in my case) were the worst and also reckless drivers.

In this case the bus appears private ...
The other problems are (1) undisciplined traffic and (2) mob justice on the larger vehicle if it is caught

The bus clearly hit the scooter - the driver should have stopped instead of going over the fallen driver too

My Mama died on a scooter in Lucknow - someone was flying a kite and the thread got stuck in his neck and he and scooter fell down. Some good samaritan took him to a gov hospital where by the time they attended to him he was gone. My mami was a doctor at the hospital (wife of different mama) but did not know of this patient in the ER. The accident happened 20 years ago
